AI conversation practice
AloNE is a place to have relaxed, everyday conversations with AI characters, and to build social confidence at your own pace.
AloNE is not a dating service. There are no real people to match with, meet, or contact. Every character is AI, and every character is labeled as an AI character.
What it is
- Casual conversation. Talk about your day, your interests, or whatever is on your mind, in a familiar messaging layout.
- Social practice. Characters have different temperaments and communication styles. Some are direct, some are quiet, and they don't all agree with everything you say, so conversations feel closer to real ones.
- Optional practice mode. Turn on private, brief tips when you want them. Nothing is graded, and there are no scores.
- Language practice. Some characters help you practice another language with gentle corrections.
- Speech, if you want it. Speak your messages or have replies read aloud using your own browser's speech features. Typing always works.
What it is not
- Not a dating service. No matching, no romance promises, and no real people behind the characters.
- Not therapy or professional advice. Characters aren't therapists, doctors, lawyers, or financial advisers. For those needs, please talk to a qualified professional.
- Not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency number.
- Not a replacement for people in your life. We'd like AloNE to make real-world conversations a little easier, not to replace them.
How the characters work
Each character is fictional, with a first name, a broad home region, a personality, and a life story written and reviewed by our team. Portraits are generated artwork, not photos of real people. Characters never share contact details, locations, or ways to meet, and they won't ask for yours.
Built to respect you
- No streaks, guilt trips, or messages designed to pull you back.
- Paying never changes how a character treats you.
- No sexual content, from you or from the characters.
- You can review and delete what characters remember, reset a conversation, or delete your account at any time.
Who it's for
